This page explains how to delete your account in the Signs Up app, published by Signs Up Inc., and what happens to your data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Signs Up app and sign in.
- Open the Orders tab and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted, type your account email to confirm, and tap Delete permanently.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion without the app
Email steve@msfshome.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We may contact you to verify your identity. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data we delete
- Your sign-in account and credentials.
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your notification settings.
- Realtors: all of your sign installation and removal orders, including property addresses, notes, and completion photos.
- Installers: your assignment to open orders, which are returned to Signs Up for reassignment.
Data we keep
- Payments: card payments are processed by Square. The app never stores card details. Records of completed payments are kept by Square under its own policies and legal obligations.
- Installers: records of completed jobs and installer payouts are kept as business and tax records.
- Legal obligations: we may keep limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud.
