Overview
Signs Up Inc. (“Signs Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software for requesting and coordinating real estate sign installation and removal services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Signs Up application and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, account role, login identifiers, and authentication records.
- Contact information: telephone number and SMS notification preferences.
- Order information: service address, property and listing details, requested service, schedule, notes, assigned installer, status, and completion information.
- Payment information: payment status and transaction identifiers. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Signs Up.
- Content: completion photos and other information submitted through the service.
- Technical information: application requests, device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Signs Up service.
- Create and manage accounts, orders, payments, assignments, and completion records.
- Send transactional service communications, including new-order SMS alerts requested by authorized administrators and installers.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
- Detect misuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable law.
SMS privacy
Authorized administrators and installers may choose to receive transactional new-order alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not prevent use of the Signs Up application.
All categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, only with third parties that help us provide messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, carriers, and vendors that assist in delivering text messages.

Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, complete transactions, protect the service, or comply with law. Providers may include:
- Clerk: account authentication and identity management.
- Replit: application hosting, managed database, and infrastructure services.
- Square: payment processing and payment status.
- Telnyx: delivery of requested SMS notifications and messaging compliance.
- Email and file-storage providers: transactional email and secure storage of submitted files and completion photos.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may update available account and notification settings in the app. You may disable new-order texts in Profile > Notification settings or reply STOP. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law.
Children
The service is intended for adults and business use. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
