Program description
The Signs Up SMS program provides transactional new-order notifications to authorized Signs Up administrators and sign installers. Messages may identify whether a sign installation or removal order was created, provide limited scheduling or location information, and direct the recipient to open the Signs Up app for details. The program does not send third-party marketing messages.
Enrollment and consent
Eligible users enroll through the authenticated Signs Up app by opening Profile > Notification settings, entering a US mobile number, enabling “New-order texts,” and saving the setting. By enrolling, you authorize Signs Up Inc. to send automated transactional text messages to the number you provide.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the enrolled number and are authorized to provide consent.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message. You can also disable “New-order texts” in the app. After opting out, reply START to request enrollment again.

Supported carriers and delivery
Availability may vary by carrier and device. Delivery is subject to carrier networks and cannot be guaranteed. We may suspend or terminate the program or change its features at any time.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Signs Up Privacy Policy. SMS consent and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. If required, we will request renewed consent.
